Copyright reporting and counter-notice information

Doogo Research, Inc. ("Doogo," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Doogo service (the "Service") to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

If you believe that content on our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: The URL or other specific location of the material you claim is infringing.
  3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and its original location before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
